Day 2

 After writing a list of common points of group ( 4 persons ) we should write our point on the paper ( one for paper) and with thai we should build in 15 minutes a construction like those in the picture… or we could invent them

Then we have destroyed this contruction according with an ipotetical problematic beahouviour 

In a second Moment  each of us remembering “ the first day at school or our first day of job “ we have to  draw our emotion “

Then after a larg exposition of the meaning “ mentoring and consuling , difference between words and rules , 

  

  

 

Last activity of the day was listening : in a couple we for five minutes we should listen ti our collegue while he talk about “his  one problematic experience( personal Life or about his job) then he should hear my problematic experience .

At last we should talk our emotions , our thinks about the step 1 ( when we talk , then when we listen)
